We have had several frosts by now and that means that our hardy winter vegetables are at their peak of sweetness. Many hardy plants use sugar as an antifreeze, which results in leeks, carrots, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, Swiss chard, cilantro, boc choi, rutabaga, and other crops that are bursting with flavor.
We also have lots of summer sun stored up in our delicious cherry and raspberry jam, dill pickles, pickled jalapenos, and winter squash. Our farm stand will be stocked all winter.
You can sign up with us to be notified when we harvest and stock the farm stand. We send out an email telling you what is in the farm stand most weeks during most harvest season. Click here to join the list!
